Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Diploma in Nursing

• Diploma in Midwifery / nursing/ registered paramedic course from a recognized institution. Registered with the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Minimum of 03 years of clinical experience in maternal and newborn health services, preferably in facility-based settings. Experience in quality improvement, clinical mentorship, or health systems strengthening preferred. Work experience on nutrition would be treated as added advantage Strong communication, facilitation, and report writing skills. Willingness to travel frequently within assigned district.

Socio-Economic and Rural Advancement Association (SERAA) is a local based non-profitable, non-political, non-partisan and non- governmental development organization (NGO) was established in the year of 1997 by a few like-minded social workers based on Netrakona district with a view to improve the socio-economic condition of the rural targeted poor families especially ultra-poor and excluded group& distressed peoples with the emphasis on child, adolescent and women. It has been working for the quality improvement of the underprivileged ethnic/tribal communities along with other minority and majority communities without distinction of caste, creed and religion for more than 27 years and earned reputation in development sector. SERAA has been working at education, health & nutrition, environment development, climate friendly agriculture and various consultancy sector.

• Project title: Maternal, Newborn & Child Health and Nutrition (MNCH-N)

• Location : 86 Union, 5 Pourashova and 10 Upazila of Netrokona District.

• As per organizational policy
