Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline from any recognised University/ Institution with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall monitoring, evaluation and reporting of activities related to project outputs
∎ Collect and update project information at regular interval
∎ Follow best practices in disseminating progress with colleagues and relevant stakeholders
∎ Provide timely report and relevant information to the project stakeholders
∎ Monitoring and evaluation of the participant selection processes
∎ Coordinate the preparation of all project reports
∎ Guide staff and executing partners in preparing their progress reports in accordance with approved reporting formats and ensure their timely submission. This includes quarterly progress reports, annual project report, and ad-hoc technical reports
∎ Prepare the impact and evaluation report with recommendations
∎ Foster participatory planning and monitoring by training and involving target communities and groups in the M&E of activities
∎ Social, environmental and gender compliance monitoring, evaluation and report preparation
∎ Monitoring and evaluation of construction activities
∎ Liaise with Project Officer, Ward Facilitators, and PMU staffs
∎ Documents and analyses innovative strategies/best practices/new approaches
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 03 years of working experience in the field of M&E in the development sector is required
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of climate change adaptation, resilience, community capacity building initiatives, climate-resilient drinking water solutions, resilient livelihood, value chain and market linkage, gender, environmental and social compliance issues etc.
∎ Ability to analyse and scan the project results (outputs) through the data collected by field staffs
∎ Ability to use the online tools for monitoring, evaluation and report writing
∎ Excellent capabilities of coordination to collect and evaluate data
∎ Capable of planning and prioritizing under any stress situation
∎ Excellent skills in communications and networking
∎ Familiar with MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
