- মান সস্মত ধান ক্রয় ও বিক্রয় কার্র্যক্রম পরিচালনা ।
- বাজার ভিত্তিক তুলনা মূলক ক্রয় ও বিক্রয় তত্য সংগ্রহ করা ।
- বিভিন্ন বাজার প্রাথমিক ভাবে ক্রয় ও বিক্রয় বিক্রয় এর জন্য ব্যবস্থা করা।
- মৌসুমী ধান ক্রয় করে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে বিক্রয় ব্যবস্থা জ্ঞান থাকা আবশ্যক ।
