Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquire data from different sources of the organization and maintain them into database/data system.
∎ Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
∎ Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
∎ Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
∎ Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
∎ Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
∎ Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
∎ Develop and maintain system plan including operational requirements, budget requirements and schedules.
∎ Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
∎ Use python/pandas for technical level data analysis create visualization.
∎ Using Microsoft power BI & Microsoft SQL server.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft SQL server & Microsoft power BI / Excel/ PowerPoint.
∎ Experience with advanced data manipulation and summarization skills using Excel/Python/SQL.
∎ Expert in time management
