Job Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Client Care: Conduct thorough screening, provide expert counseling, and deliver essential health and family planning (FP) services, including appropriate prescriptions and guidance.
Complication Management: Effectively manage clients experiencing side effects and complications related to family planning methods, ensuring their well-being and continuity of care.
Empathetic SRHR Service Delivery: Deliver Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) services (including FP, Menstrual Regulation (MR), Post-Abortion Care (PAC), and STI/RTI services) with a warm, caring, and respectful attitude, ensuring utmost privacy and confidentiality.
Infection Prevention & Control: Strictly adhere to and maintain all infection prevention protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and sterile environment for both clients and staff.
Accurate Documentation: Implement and maintain meticulous record-keeping procedures, ensuring all service records and registers are accurately completed and updated.
Stakeholder Engagement: Confidently engage with and facilitate visits from development partners, as well as internal and external monitoring teams, effectively representing the project's work and progress.
Adaptive Contribution: Undertake any additional project-related activities or responsibilities as assigned by the management, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to project goals.
Job Context:
BAPSA is implementing the project "Emergency Response for Availability and Accessibility of Quality MR, PAC Services for Rohingya Refugees, supported by UNFPA. On an emergency basis, some midwives will be recruited for the smooth implementation of the project. As an emergency response, the duration of the project is June 2026 to December 2026, with a high possibility of extension.
