Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Group formation, member selection, daily group visit, pass book reconciliation with MFO register, visit and verify member/client's business projects in daily basis, recommend client membership, deal client complain/problems etc.
∎ Responsible for savings collection, Finance collection, savings withdrawal and return, proper posting in pass book, forms and registers etc.
∎ Take immediate action on default/delinquency for collection efforts with zero tolerance at default member's house until payment is collected.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Transportation during probation period 1000/- After probation 1250/- Mobile during probation period 200/- After probation 350/-

Compensation & Other Benefits:
