Responsibilities & Context:
Ads Expert: Must be highly proficient in Meta Ads and Google Ads. Strong understanding of Pixel and CAPI (Conversion API) setup, along with tracking.
Plan, set up, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Conduct audience research, creative testing, A/B testing, and develop bidding strategies.
Regularly analyze metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rate to improve campaign performance.
Set up and manage Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel, and CAPI (Conversion API).
Hands-on practical experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising is required.
Strong knowledge of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.
Ability to make data-driven decisions with a focus on maximizing ROAS.
