Job Context:
∎ shurjoMukhi Limited is one of the leading software outfits of Bangladesh known for its payment gateway named shurjoPay. ShurjoMukhi recruits the best software engineers, designers, project managers, and marketers of the country to stay ahead of the competition.
∎ We are looking for a number of Merchant Acquisition specialists who will be responsible for merchant acquisition and business development of the shurjoPay.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate lead visiting potential customers for merchant acquisition or partner acquisition on a regular basis to close a deal.
∎ Onboard Merchants, prepare the business proposal, negotiate and close the deal.
∎ Ensure payment, work order and integration process.
∎ Submit reports on merchant performance and key performance metrics.
∎ Evolve new segment of markets for increasing revenue
∎ Perform presentations, meetings, discussions with potential clients in order to perform sales of e-commerce products and Services
∎ Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
∎ Coordinate with the technical and accounts team on a day to day basis to ensure revenue from the services
∎ Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with merchants along with written information
∎ Must achieve and carry on the month on month growth rate
∎ Monitor and observe market trends, potential and competitor activity and inform line managers.
∎ Perform and deliver tasks on time assigned by the Management
∎ Perform the tasks along with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
∎ Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
∎ Lead of EMS solution

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Strong analytical & interpersonal Skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Advance Level MS Office & Google Sheets skills.
∎ Smart, Hardworking, Energetic & presentable
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
∎ Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to 'think outside the box
∎ Able to work outside working hours and remotely if required
∎ Have a passion for fintech and a good track record in selling high-tech products and solutions.
