Sound Knowledge on Microsoft Office, Especially in Excel.
Motorcycle riding skill is mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context:
To ensure merchandising visibility, develop service strategies and implement action plans.
Conduct regular market visits each month at various route retailers, guiding and monitoring the MR and Sales teams.
Ensure product availability and visibility as per standards, handle and resolve issues related to displays and merchandised outlets.
Conduct checks on distributors’ POSM stock and monitor POSM execution during market visit.
Ensure the proper execution of all paid and non-paid display programs.
Prepare reports on merchandising projects based on the timeline and drive MR performance to achieve set goals.
Communicate all trade merchandising promotion schemes to the relevant stakeholders within the company.
