Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or higher
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 years (At least 02 years in similar role)
∎ The candidate should be technically sound in Woven Garments costing & manufacturing process independently.
∎ Must be capable to handle buyers independently in tremendous pressure with aggressive marketing attitude.
∎ Able to work under pressure with long working hours. Should have integrity and personal credibility, ability to think strategically and use sound judgment.
∎ Strong people management and communication skills. Must have skills in examining and establishing proper merchandising operations and procedures.
∎ Good understanding of core business aspects. Complete proficiency on development process like; sample development, CAD etc.
∎ Should have ideas about effective communication for raw materials, booking and delivery. Liaison with Commercial Team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities and update buyers.
∎ Should be a team player to express performances within a vast working platform of 100 lines factory.
∎ Working experience with European/Australian market is a plus but not mandatory but s/he "Must have factory related production experiences".
Salary: Negotiable
