Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from a reputed university, preferably from BUTEX, AUST
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft PowerPoint, ms execel
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing of fabric/trims in coordination with supply chain
∎ Sample coordination from the sampling department
∎ Good knowledge of denim wash
∎ Knowledge of basic costing
∎ Ability to handle a team of product development people
∎ Needs to attend meetings and presentations
∎ Should be very good in file keeping with archiving, right from buyer inquiry to fabric & trims
∎ Archiving garments and fabrics in design showroom with proper tags and quality ref for easy ref
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must possess a strong interest in building a career in Product development
∎ Good knowledge about product development from tech pack
∎ Knowledge of excel, word and PowerPoint
∎ Strong verbal and written English communication, preferred
∎ Strong technical background
∎ Interest to work in a challenging and fast-growing industry
∎ Ability to fluently communicate with foreign buyers
∎ Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and creative skills
