Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage end-to-end merchandising processes for knitwear products, from order confirmation to shipment.
∎ Liaise with international buyers, suppliers, and factories to ensure seamless execution of orders.
∎ Monitor production timelines, quality standards, and compliance with buyer specifications.
∎ Negotiate costs, lead times, and MOQs with suppliers to optimize profitability.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and resolve issues related to delays, quality, or logistics.
∎ Prepare and review critical documentation (T&A, invoices, shipping details).
∎ Stay updated on knit fabric trends, production technologies, and sustainability practices.
