Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Merchandising degree will get preference
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Apparel merchandising, knowledge on merchandising, Merchandising, Merchandising and Production.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make T&A (Time & Action) plan & ensure cross check with production department to maintain on time shipment.
∎ Monitoring, trouble shooting T&A plan and taking critical path to meet inspection / shipment date.
∎ Monitoring all kinds of production samples such as pp. sample, size set sample, shipment sample before buyer's deadline. Also need to ensure requirement of fabric, yarn, accessories booking and others are in-house on time.
∎ Cost calculation & price negotiation with buyer to reach the final acceptable prices. Follow up with buyer for the feedback of the price, sample & capacity/space booking.
∎ Coordinate with all units (cutting, sewing, finishing, stores, print house, washing, etc.) on productivity and quality issues.
∎ Advice factory/ production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc. related technical issues.
∎ Strong ability on Supply chain/Backward linkage management.
∎ Perform strict inspect on behalf of buyer.
