Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree/Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Having relevant degrees will get preferences.
∎ Skills Required: Denim Washing (Dry Process), Garments Production, Good communication skills, Merchandising, Negotiation Skills
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for monitoring and sourcing complete samples, and accessories trim from home & abroad and communicate with various suppliers to get the current prices.
∎ Strong & Adequate working knowledge of sourcing, Market Survey with competitive Negotiation Skill
∎ Good knowledge of price quotations and product development.
∎ To prepare purchase orders, internal orders & costing sheets.
∎ Sound knowledge of production and wash.
∎ Coordinates with the production team in order to deliver the on-time shipments.
∎ Candidate has to coordinate with marketing, supply chain, production & store department of the company.
∎ To mediate production and quality department and work closely with QA to ensure best final product & take care of all aspects of quality from initial to the final stage of the production
∎ Ensure maximum lead time to production & execute the maximum profit from all merchandise
∎ Having excellent product knowledge with capacity of handling very demanding and globally renowned customers
∎ The candidate must be an expert in sourcing new buyers, collecting orders, shipment follow-up and communicating with buyers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 39 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills and good command of spoken and written English
∎ To deal with the buyer independently for marketing, price quoting, negotiation and sourcing. Having strong overseas buyers connection and capability of sourcing new buyers.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
