Responsibilities & Context:

Follow up total merchandising process (from order confirmation to shipment).

Collaborate with design and product development teams to understand design concepts, technical packages, and sample requirements.

Develop new samples as per buyer`s standard, specification & quality and maintain on-time submission.

Liaise with fabric and trim suppliers to source necessary materials for sampling, ensuring timely delivery.

Maintain all relevant merchandising communication, order files, reports etc.

Maintain all approval processes of production.

Monitor and follow up daily production activities as per production.

Collaborate with IE and Planning department for any production and shipment issue.

Maintain required database and prepare required reports from ERP software.

Perform all other jobs assigned by Merchant Team Head.
