∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate Should have sound knowledge and capability of handling individual Buyer/Account.
∎ Should have sound Knowledge on all types of Yarn, Fabric, Garments, Accessories, Print, Embroidery, Washing and other applications & Sourcing.
∎ Monitor development sample to final FIT and PP sample approval for bulk production.
∎ Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customers' requirements.
∎ Follow-up with embroidery, print, and wash factory.
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best final product as per buyer requirements.
∎ Responsible for the merchandise starting from development till shipment the products.
∎ Ensuring fabric and accessories are in factory at right quantity and quality as per set time frame for production.
∎ In product development process ensure that products meet customer's quality and budget requirement.
∎ Good Knowledge about price cost breakdown & Strong factory sourcing.
∎ Capable to solve problem that may arise during development and production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least five years' work experience in the same or similar role
∎ Excellent knowledge & experience in apparel manufacturing
∎ Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
∎ Ability to build clear, confident, positive communication with company colleagues and suppliers, with the ability to form relationships, influence, and work collaboratively across the business
∎ Good interpersonal, influencing, listening, organizational, presentation and decision-making skills
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, quickly and efficiently
∎ Excellent communication skills & fluent in English - written & verbal.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 28000 (Monthly)
