∎ Textile Engineering at BGMEA.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all merchandising activities from development to production to development till shipment.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of product costing & pricing process/procedure.
∎ Have to handle development stage activities independently.
∎ To maintain on-time delivery and quality assurance.
∎ Manage client accounts from order inquiry to shipment, Inventory, and Supply chain.
∎ Responsible for making samples, pricing, and costing and should liaison with the next production Merchandiser
∎ To arrange all kinds of yarn, fabrics & accessories from local and foreign sources as required for production.
∎ Keep liaison with Buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
∎ Act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensuring timely execution and shipment of orders.
∎ Responsible for proper follow-up and committed to the timeline given by Buyers and obviously met the timeline.
∎ Co-ordinates with the production team in order to deliver the on-time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to the buyers.
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure the best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from the initial to the final stage of the production.
