∎ Minimum 2-3 years in the garments sector in sales.
∎ Experience in modern fashion design is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect printing orders from respective markets and customers.
∎ Gather Purchase Orders (P.O.) or Order Sheets from the concerned customer office.
∎ Maintain close contact with customers and internal teams for smooth workflow execution.
∎ Prepare detailed production plans and schedules to ensure timely completion.
∎ Develop a master schedule to establish production sequences and lead times.
∎ Monitor progress at all stages, from sample creation to final shipment/delivery.
∎ Ensure proper follow-up on all production stages within the factory.
∎ Coordinate with the factory and customer store to track the in-house status of relevant production materials.
∎ Inform factory management about any production material shortages or delays.
∎ Optimize production and distribution processes using supply chain and distribution management principles.
∎ Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team for Digital Fabric Printing sales team. The ideal candidate should be a technically minded problem-solver, highly motivated, and a team player. The role requires the ability to focus on sales, follow through on plans, and think flexibly under pressure.
