Job Description:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated professional to join our team as a Mentor. The ideal candidate will train, guide, and inspire students in one or more of the following domains: UX/UI Design, MERN Stack Development, WordPress Development, and App Development with Flutter. This role combines hands-on teaching with practical project guidance, ensuring students gain the skills needed to succeed in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging classes and hands-on workshops for students in your specialized domains

• Teach industry-standard tools, frameworks, and best practices, such as:

• UX/UI Design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

• WordPress (Theme & Plugin Development, CMS Customization)

• Flutter (Mobile App Development for Android & iOS)

• Assist in curriculum design, lesson planning, and course material development

• Provide mentorship, evaluate student progress, and give constructive feedback

• Manage multiple batches effectively, ensuring smooth scheduling and operations

• Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to enhance the learning experience

• Maintain proper documentation including attendance, feedback, and performance reports

• Support institutional events, seminars, and workshops related to the field
