Education:
- HSC
- Minimum HSC.
- Certification/Training in relevant field will be preferred.
- Professional GDS Certification (NHTTI or equivalent) will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
- Minimum 2 years’ practical experience in Tourist Visa Processing for major destinations (Schengen, USA, Canada, UK, Southeast Asia, Middle East).
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in Air Ticketing & Reservation using Sabre GDS (experience with Amadeus/Galileo will be an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
- Ability to guide students with real case studies and hands-on training.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong practical knowledge in international ticketing, re-issue, refunds, ADM/ACM policies.
- Ability to provide hands-on training and mentor students in real-world GDS tasks.
