Experience: At least 6 months in a hospital laboratory.
Responsibilities & Context:
Skilled in sample collection, handling, and processing.
Strict adherence to protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure reliable results.
Vigilance to prevent contamination or errors during testing.
Expertise in operating and maintaining laboratory instruments and equipment (e.g., microscopes, analyzers).
Proficiency in performing diagnostic tests in hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, pathology, immunology, and other disciplines.
Knowledge of laboratory automation systems and advanced testing techniques. Ability to analyze and interpret test results accurately.
Critical thinking to identify anomalies or inconsistencies in test outcomes. Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipment or procedural issues.
