Responsibilities & Context:

• Medical officers will manage all aspects related to patient care within their departments.

• Contributing clinical expertise to patient care and guiding other staff.

• Responsibilities include daily follow-up of patients and record keeping (Per shift).

• Ensure appropriate handovers.

• Establish and maintain clear communication with the patient, consultant, colleagues, and related staff and management.

• Ensuring the highest standards in patient care, including practicing infection control protocols.

• Supervision and monitoring of supporting staff.

• Managing and identifying areas of improvement in inpatient care.

• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

• Ensuring consistent and accurate medical record keeping practices.

• Any task assigned by the management.

• Demonstrate flexibility in performing duties in responding to any critical call.
