Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have a strong mindset to take on challenges in the sales and marketing profession.
∎ To visit the Doctor/Dentist's chamber in the evening.
∎ To visit the dental institute in some specific area.
∎ To collect the copy or photo of the prescription from the dentist's chamber/ dental institute.
∎ Daily orders collect from the retail pharmacies from the assigned market.
∎ Achieve the monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target of the assigned market.
∎ Overall monitoring and supervision of sales and marketing activities.
∎ Must have to develop and maintain customer relationships with interpersonal skills.
∎ Maintain regular communication with target retailers to create demand as per target.
∎ New outlet coverage, monitoring & developments.
∎ Gather market and customer information.
∎ Ability to work in the field to achieve sales targets to ensure the profitability of the organization.
∎ Conducting market research and identifying new market opportunities and ensuring the effective development of existing ones.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
