• Clinical risk management experience.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information to families & authorities.
• Experienced in Special branches of internal medicine.
• Capable to treat all medical emergency and industrial & occupational hazards of health of patients in factory environment.
• Capable to treat all the industrial trauma, others trauma & injury of patients.
• Coordinate with any other hospital.
• Excellent patent management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Sound computer application skill.

Patient Care in Emergency Department:

• Conduct initial assessments and manage patients in the Emergency Department.

• Ensure appropriate medical care through direct provision or supervision of junior medical staff.

• Initiate and organize diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

• Communicate assessment and management decisions to the relevant personnel.

• Facilitate effective referral and patient disposition after leaving the Emergency Department.

Teamwork and Communication:

• Utilize teamwork and effective communication for delivering healthcare.

• Include patients and family members as appropriate team members.

• Meet medico-legal requirements, including open disclosure.

Documentation and Review:

• Ensure accurate and relevant documentation.

• Review patient progress as necessary.

Retrieval Team Participation:

• Participate in the retrieval team for transporting patients between facilities.

Departmental Activities:

• Engage in departmental activities, including quality management, case reviews, teaching, and research projects.

Contributing Clinical Expertise:

• Provide clinical expertise to patient care.

• Offer guidance to junior medical personal.

Administrative and Risk Management:

• Perform administrative duties and manage risk.

Supervision and Mentoring:

• Hire, supervise, and mentor healthcare professionals.
