Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ MBBS. Application should have with BMDC registration.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ VARD has been implementing VARD Eye Care Services (VARD-ECS) through well established four Eye Hospitals located in Sylhet district, Sunamgonj district and Comilla district. The positions are based at VARD Eye Hospital, Iqbalnagar, Sunamganj and VARD Kamal Eye Hospital, Chouddagram, Cumilla.
∎ Job descriptions:
∎ Provide eye care treatment, refraction and different investigation of eye diseases in hospital outdoor.
∎ Identify cataract and other surgical patients.
∎ Move at filed level in Patient Screening Program (PSP) by rotation.
∎ Refer cataract patient to VARD Eye Hospital from PSP.
∎ Perform other related duties assigned by hospital management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Preference will be given for experience candidate.
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Other benefits like PSP allowance, off day allowance, bonus etc . will provide as per organizational policy
