Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Diploma in Ophthalmology (DO)/MCPS (Ophthalmology)/Diploma in Community Ophthalmology candidate can apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ On the Job Training period will be 3 years. During the training period practical training on eye care services will be provided by our 20 years experienced Senior Eye Specialist and Surgeons and on the job training will covered;
∎ -Eye Diseases, Cataract patient screening in OPD and Eye Camp (PSP), Eye Care Treatment and Diagnosis, refraction, investigation, DCR, DCT, Pterygium, Grafting and other surgeries etc. A certificate will be provided after successful completion of 3 years on the job training.
∎ -Initially 3 years contractual agreement will be done with interested candidates and later on it will be extended.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Tk. 40,000 for MBBS Candidates but salary will be negotiated for DO/MCPS (Ophthalmology)/Diploma in Community Ophthalmology candidates. Other benefits will provide as per organizational policy. Provide residential facilities only at VARD Kamal Eye Hospital`s Staff Quarter with minimum service charge.
