Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS from any recognized University or Institute with minimum 2nd division or equivalent CGPA.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall field operation of all programs/projects under HNPP in the assigned region(s)
∎ Staff Management: Staff requisition, recruitment/ deployment, appraisal. Planning for provision of training. Conduct performance appraisal
∎ Intra programme coordination (within HNPP) and inter-programme coordination (other sectoral programmes of BRAC)
∎ Communicate with field staff of BRAC Mohila Shishu Kendras (MSKs) for administrative and technical support.
∎ Discuss with central level management for planning and effective operation at field
∎ Maintain financial integrity through ensuring accountability, transparency and consistency in financial proceedings at regional level
∎ Performance monitoring of Medical Doctors (regular & contractual), Midwives (MWs), and Urban Birth Attendants (UBA) to improve capacity and competency through mentoring, coaching and on-the-job training as and when required
∎ Reporting: Responsible for collection, checking of MSK wise report. Compilation and timely submission of regional level monthly performance report
∎ Review and develop operation plan, guidelines, manuals, training modules, tools, BCC materials etc
∎ Analyze maternal, neonatal and child death verbal autopsy data to keep track of the progress and find out gap to take necessary steps for improvement
∎ Perform any other responsibilities and assignments as and when necessary or determined by higher authority
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of work experience in Public Health sector is required.
∎ Good communication proficiency both in English & Bangla
∎ Adequate skills in computer applications, Microsoft Word and Excel
∎ Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
∎ Data analysis and staff management skills
∎ Sound Knowledge in public health field
