Provide Primary Medical Consultation:

• Offer treatment and advice for common illnesses and minor injuries among factory employees.

Conduct Routine Health Check-ups:

• Perform scheduled medical check-ups for workers to monitor overall health and detect early signs of illness.

Approve Sick Leave & Medical Certificates:

• Examine sick employees and issue or approve medical leave certificates as per company policy.

Medical Fitness for New Recruits:

• Assess and certify the medical fitness of new employees during the recruitment process.

Pregnancy Monitoring & Guidance:

• Provide basic health advice and monitoring support for pregnant workers, including maternity leave fitness assessments.

Childcare Support in Factory Daycare:

• Visit the child care center during duty days to check on the health of children and guide caregivers on hygiene and nutrition.

Workplace Health & Hygiene Assessment:

• Inspect factory premises for cleanliness and recommend improvements for employee health and safety.

Maintain Health Records:

• Update and manage the medical records of employees during each visit.

Monthly Health Reporting:

• Submit a report to the HR/Admin department summarizing medical issues addressed, recommendations, and overall worker health status.

Emergency Referral Support:

• Provide guidance for emergency referrals to hospitals when advanced care is needed.
