• Assessing and diagnosing patients based on their medical history, symptoms, and physical examination.
• Listening to patient concerns and providing appropriate medical advice and treatment options.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, imaging studies) to aid in diagnosis.
• Prescribing medications, therapies, and treatments.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Monitoring the progress of patients with chronic conditions or ongoing treatment plans.
• Adjusting treatment as necessary based on follow-up visits and patient feedback.
• Educating patients on their medical conditions, treatment options, lifestyle changes, and preventive measures.
• Answering patient queries and providing reassurance where needed.
• Referring patients to specialists for further investigations or treatment when required.
• Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient.
• Documenting all consultations, treatments, and follow-ups for legal and medical purposes.
• Providing immediate care in cases of minor emergencies or urgent medical issues.
• Recognizing situations that require urgent attention and directing patients to the appropriate services.
