• Experience: Minimum one (01) years’ experience in relevant field and/or area of patient and health

• Competency: Demonstrate knowledge and skills in diagnosis, treatment, and management of tuberculosis (TB) and post-TB lung diseases (PTLD). Ability to plan, organize, and implement project activities effectively and independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and community members. Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with field staff. Sound knowledge in the health and social structures of Bangladesh.

Damien Foundation (DF), a Belgian International NGO, involved in the control of Tuberculosis and Leprosy in close collaboration with the Government of Bangladesh in 9 districts (Netrakona, Mymensingh, Kishoreganj, Tangail, Jamalpur, Sherpur, Rajshahi, Naogaon and Chapai Nawabganj) of Bangladesh is currently hiring in the following positions:

Responsibility:

• Provide patient consultation/ patient assessment, clinical management and pulmonary rehabilitation support in the project area. Provide support to Project Manager in activity planning, capacity building and project implementation and monitoring.

Posting place:

• The post will be based on Tangail TB and Leprosy Control Project with extensive field visits
