Experience:
Experience in public health, specially NGO and Community Clinic management and operations is encouraged·
Excellent communication skills·

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English·
Flexible, highly committed & motivated to work in remote locations, specially in riverine areas.

Responsible For
Lead the medical team in the hospital
Treatment and patient management
Planning and implementation
Effective operation of Ship Hospital
Develop action plan
Collaboration and coordination
Ensuring quality and functionality of all programs
Activities
Provide clinical consultation at outdoor.
Manage patients emergency patient and provide treatment.
Perform minor surgery, dressing, abscess drainage, cut-injury management and other minor procedures.
Active participation in planning and implementation of heath programs.
Develop action plans of secondary health camp programs and special visits as per health program requirement.
Managing and facilitating the activities of regular primary & secondary health care, health camp, lab service, O.T service and others.
Collaboration and co-ordination with GO, NGO, community leaders and private sector and represent Friendship.
Create strong image of Friendship to other stakeholders.
Regularly conduct clinical sessions for the medical staff and ensure quality services.
Develop estimated budget for program activities.
Review monthly medicine requisition, health camp medicine requisition, lab and x ray reagent and logistics requisition, dental and OT supplies requisition and send to head office.
Ensure quality checklist are properly monitored and submitted.
Documentation and reporting.
