We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Executive/Asst. manager for Sales and marketing to join our team. If you have strong expertise in target basis achievement we'd love to hear from you.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

·         Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and patient acquisition targets.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, corporate clients, insurance companies, NGOs, and healthcare partners.

·         Promote hospital and diagnostic services to physicians, clinics, and corporate organizations.

·         Identify new business opportunities and expand the hospital's referral network.

·         Conduct regular market visits to generate referrals and strengthen customer relationships.

·         Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare performance reports.

·         Organize health camps, corporate wellness programs, CME sessions, and promotional events.

·         Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media.

·         Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to improve marketing strategies.

·         Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure excellent patient service and customer satisfaction.

·         Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and maintain accurate client records.

·         Negotiate corporate service agreements and follow up on key accounts.

·         Ensure compliance with the hospital's branding, ethical standards, and marketing policies.

·         Perform any other sales and marketing responsibilities assigned by management.

·         Preferred Skills:

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·         Experience in hospital, diagnostic centre, pharmaceutical, or healthcare marketing.

·         Target-oriented with excellent presentation and business development skills.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/reporting tools.
