Responsibilities & Context:
Assess patients' health conditions using a functional medicine lens—focusing on root causes, gut health, inflammation, and metabolic imbalances.
Design highly personalized, nutrient-dense diet charts, therapeutic meal plans, and lifestyle intervention programs.
Provide professional dietary counseling for chronic diseases, autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, and weight management.
Follow up with patients consistently to track progress, monitor symptom resolution, and dynamically adjust dietary protocols.
Educate patients and their families on food synergy, elimination diets, toxic exposures, and holistic lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate closely with the functional medicine clinical team to ensure comprehensive, integrative patient care.
Maintain precise and confidential electronic health records detailing patients' nutritional histories and therapeutic progress.
