Job Context:
∎ Under the direct supervision of Program Manager, the Medical Officer is responsible to supervise the activity of the staffs in health centers and oversee a variety of areas, such as nursing, human resources, budgeting, supplies, and client`s services. Duties commonly described are: providing services to the clients, trainings to the service providers, updating medical records, managing client`s service orientation & flow, maintaining supplies, etc.
∎ Full-time (9:00 am - 5:00 pm; except Friday and other govt. holidays)
∎ Department / Unit : Program
∎ Job Location : BWHC Narayanganj Center with BWHC HQ, Dhaka (if required)
∎ Reportable to : Program Manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s) working experiences in health service center.
∎ Having experiences in providing services to clients on sexual and reproductive health and child care;
∎ Willing to travel other health centers of BWHC;
∎ Incumbent should be strong, mentally & physically to manage a large administration.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation.
∎ Good command both in English and Bengali.
∎ Must have good operational knowledge on email communication, MS Word and PowerPoint presentation.
Salary:
∎ BDT 30,000 - 35,000 (negotiable)
