• Age 25 to 35 years

1. Patient Care & Treatment

   • Provide round-the-clock clinical care and monitoring of inpatients and outpatients.

   • Examine, diagnose, and manage patients in accordance with clinical protocols.

   • Initiate emergency care and coordinate timely referrals when needed.

   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment histories.

2. Medical Supervision & Support

   • Supervise and assist junior doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff in patient care.

   • Review and approve medical charts, prescriptions, and treatment plans.

   • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code blue situations.

3. Ward Rounds & Documentation

   • Conduct daily ward rounds and update case notes, treatment charts, and discharge summaries.

   • Coordinate with specialists for patient consultations and multidisciplinary care.

4. Compliance & Protocols

   • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and clinical guidelines.

   • Uphold infection control measures, hygiene practices, and biomedical waste protocols.

5. Patient & Family Communication

   • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment plans, and prognosis.

   • Provide counseling regarding post-treatment care and follow-up requirements.

6. Administrative Duties

   • Attend departmental meetings, trainings, and audits as required.

   • Assist hospital management in quality assurance, accreditation (e.g., NABH, JCI) efforts.

   • Report daily clinical activities and patient statistics to the hospital administrator or CMO.

7. Professional Development

   • Stay updated on current medical research, treatments, and technologies.

   • Participate in continuous medical education (CME) programs and workshops.
