🧾 Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and well-organized individual who will manage client communication, office operations, and daily coordination under direct supervision. The candidate will be the first point of contact for all clients and must handle high customer flow efficiently.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

📞 Client Handling

• Receive and respond to client/patient calls, WhatsApp, and Facebook messages

• Guide patients/clients regarding services (Foreign medical treatment, Visa consultations, other servicesetc.)

• Maintain professional communication and build trust with clients

• Handle a large volume of inquiries during ad campaigns

🧑‍💼 Front Desk & Office Management

• Welcome and manage walk-in clients

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

• Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups

📊 Data & Coordination

• Input and update customer data in records

• Follow up with potential clients and send reminders

• Track leads coming from Facebook ads and other platforms

• Coordinate with management for client updates

🛒 Administrative Tasks

• Monitor office supplies and arrange purchases when needed

• Support daily operational tasks assigned by supervisor

Working Hours

• Office: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• After office: Respond to urgent customer messages (light duty)
