- Diploma in Medical Technology / Paramedics / Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in clinical or hospital-based work.
- Experience in humanitarian, camp-based, or rural health settings preferred.
- Fluency in Rohingya/Chittagonian and Bengali is required.
- Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible to : Clinic Manager
Job Location: Rohingya Camp, Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar
Job Purpose: To assist the clinical team in patient registration, pre- and post-operative care, and maintain hygiene and sterilization during surgical and clinical activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support patient registration, documentation, and pre-operative preparation.
- Assist in examination, minor procedures, and cataract surgeries.
- Monitor patients during recovery and provide immediate assistance when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Support in outreach and community-level eye screening activities.
- Maintain daily logs, stock registers, and medical supply lists.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Project Manager, Doctor, or senior management team as required.
