Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Being comfortable with working with technical partners;
• Knowledge of the functioning of the environmental communication;
• Knowledge of key trends and experience using social media at work;
• High level of written and spoken English (native speaker or equivalent);
• Flexibility around working times, as necessary;
• Subscribes to the ESDO’s values and the mission of the toxic-free future campaign.

Responsibilities & Context:

He/she have several duties need to complete, some of which include:

Developing, writing, and editing communications and advocacy & awareness materials (blog posts, social media content, press releases, speeches)

• Conduct surveys or contact people of the target audience to understand their views
• Prepare reports for the operational team, including recommendations to ensure a more positive attitude
• Promote communications and advocacy & awareness materials through social media
• Regularly meet and arrange interviews with media personnel
• Develop working relationships with journalists in different types of media outlets
• Ensure that all advocacy & awareness and communications material align with the organization’s standards
• Maintain digital media archives (photos, videos)Act as a spokesperson for the organization
• Prepare and manage the organization’s budget regarding communication
• Arrange news conferences for essential announcements
• Perform media outreach to make the focus area of the publication
• Work closely with head/lead of the projects, designers, and website managers to collect information
