• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Good knowledge and experience in designing machined parts, assemblies, and simulation.

• Knowledge in tolerance analysis, GD&T will be highly appreciated.

• General machine shop skills to accomplish the fabrication and assembly of tools.

• Basic knowledge of nano-indentation technology is a plus.

• Experience on Nano-indenter technology, microelectronics production, optical measurement tools and wafer handling will be highly appreciated as additional capabilities.

• Design and develop machines, tools, fixtures, and prototypes by researching and implementing new technologies for new products, product modifications, and enhancements.

• Interface with cross-functional departments to address and resolve R&D challenges.

• Document all designs related to tools, fixtures, and equipment, including spare parts, calibration requirements, and preventive maintenance protocols.

• Source materials and components, ensuring suitability for manufacturing requirements.

• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for new and existing products.

• Participate in, and occasionally lead meetings on design reviews with peers and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams during manufacturing and assembling offering hands-on support and guidance on design specifications.

• Always be ready to travel to other countries for product installation and support.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the engineering team.
