Bachelor/Master of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.

Machine Installation and Maintenance

• Oversee the installation of equipment and ensure that machinery is set up properly to meet production specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure that machines are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid machinery breakdowns and minimize interruptions in production.

Process Optimization Analyze

• the performance of electromechanical systems and optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure machines are producing accessories that meet quality control standards.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve workflow and production times.

Troubleshooting and Repair

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical failures in the machinery.
• Perform root cause analysis to determine the underlying issues causing malfunctions and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

Quality Control and Safety

• Ensure that all electromechanical systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Work with the quality control department to ensure that machinery is producing accessories within the required tolerances and quality levels.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure the safe operation of machines by production staff.

Collaboration with Other Departments

• Work closely with the production team, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support to other teams regarding machine operation and maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with the R&D department to help design new products and develop machinery that can meet production needs.

Technical Documentation

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including machine specifications, maintenance logs, troubleshooting guides, and operating manuals.
• Update system designs, schematics, and software configurations for future reference and compliance.

Energy Efficiency and Sustainability

• Evaluate the energy consumption of electromechanical systems and work on projects to improve energy efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of production processes.
• Integrate sustainable practices into the machinery design and production process.

Training and Development

• Train operators and maintenance staff on the proper use of equipment, as well as best practices for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the team can operate and maintain the machinery effectively.
