Experience:

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Workshop

• Diploma in Mechanical

• A diploma or certification in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Certifications such as ASE or other relevant automotive qualifications are a plus.

• Experience & Expertise:
• Minimum 3-7 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.
• Experience working with both Japanese reconditioned cars and European vehicles is highly preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for identifying and fixing vehicle issues efficiently.
• Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) as well as more complex repairs (engine rebuilds, transmission work, etc.).
• Good communication skills to explain technical issues to both the service team and customers.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from the Workshop Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, diagnostic tests, and repairs on vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive repair techniques and technologies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all work complies with industry standards.
• Complete repair orders and maintain accurate service records.
• Communicate effectively with the service advisor and workshop manager about any additional repairs needed.
• Other Requirements:
• A valid driver’s license.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple vehicles at a time.
