Additional Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in automotive air conditioning and electronics repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance in a motor workshop setting.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive AC systems, electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools, with hands-on experience in servicing and repairing AC units and electrical components.
• Diagnostic Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software to identify issues in AC and electronic systems accurately, including familiarity with OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) scanners.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address AC and electronic issues effectively, ensuring quick and efficient solutions.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail when diagnosing problems, conducting repairs, and testing to ensure a safe and functional system.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work in various positions and environments, handling heavy components and tools safely.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety: Awareness of safety procedures and protocols, particularly when handling refrigerants, chemicals, and electronic systems, with a commitment to maintaining a safe workspace.
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with team members and service advisors regarding repairs, diagnostic findings, and customer requirements.
• Adaptability and Learning: Willingness to learn and adapt to new automotive technologies, staying current with advancements in AC systems and vehicle electronics.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage tools, equipment, and documentation for repairs, with accurate record-keeping for parts and job completion.
• Customer Service Orientation: Capable of explaining repair needs and processes to service advisors and, occasionally, to customers for a clear understanding of work performed.
