Responsibilities & Context:
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities across the meat line in accordance with the production plan
Allocate and manage manpower, materials, and machinery for each production line as per daily production planning
Monitor daily stock level of RM/PM inventory and ensure timely requisition before production
Collect production data periodically from production floor for batch analysis as instructed by the officers
Educational Requirements
Diploma in Food Engineering/Technology from a reputed institution
HSC pass candidates with highly relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
Experience Requirements
At least 2 year(s)
