Title: MEAL Officer (Response Programme)

Educational Requirements:
∎ A minimum of Bachelor Degree in nutrition or Pubic Health/Statistics and relevant practical work experience in health and nutrition sector for minimum 3 years. Masters in any discipline, preferably in statistics or social science is desirable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation of appropriate monitoring system through developing M&E tools
∎ M &E plan is functioning aligning with the project objectives
∎ Ensure that the accountability system is in plan
∎ Project staffs and facilitators are trained to use the monitoring tools for collecting data
∎ Tracking project activities are implemented maintaining quality as per design
∎ Regular field visit & monitoring project activities
∎ Shared findings with project staff and provided feedback to them
∎ Shared monthly report and achievement with project team
∎ Capturing significant change story / case study regularly
∎ Project staffs oriented on monitoring & evaluation tools and methodology of data collection process
∎ Project staff kept project data and valuable information relevant to the project regularly
∎ Standard reporting format prepared and used by project staffs
∎ Adequate case study and success story written and documented for project performance references
∎ Ensured timely compiling and preparing half yearly and annual report of the project
∎ Donor requirements are met with the stipulated time fixed by the donor
∎ Monitoring reports timely prepared and submitted to the immediate supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce project documents
∎ Must have knowledge and skills on participatory Monitoring and Evaluation system
∎ Ability to work in different target groups
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Power Point, SPSS & other database program.
∎ Proven skill in quantitative and narrative report writing.
∎ Minimum 3 year experiences in relevant field including grants monitoring & evaluation experience
∎ Familiarity with project/program areas
∎ Able to set own deadlines and meet them consistently
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities

Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
