Job Context:
∎ Partners in Health and Development (PHD) is a national development organization in Bangladesh that has been working in the public health sector over 32 years and currently implementing different projects in 22 districts. PHD intends to hire competent Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator for Cox`s Bazar.
∎
∎ Job objective: To ensure the quality program implementation by tracking, evaluating and guiding the program performance to the stakeholders and documenting the program learning for similar future program.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Propose and develop Upazila wise action plans as per guiding documents of the project
∎ Prepare monitoring framework, plans and necessary tools and techniques for data collection and analysis
∎ Share regular progress against periodic plan vs. achievement based on analysis of data and information of the field
∎ Provide technical and methodological support to project for the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities, data management (surveys, sampling, input method, extraction of useful data and interpretation) and integration of cross-functional issues
∎ Develop the capabilities of project team in the areas of collection and analysis of data (method, formats, software, etc.), indicators, feedback and complaint mechanisms, negative impact analysis, etc.
∎ Produce annual, half-yearly, quarterly, and monthly report based on the appropriate data from the field information
∎ Propose adjustments or new activities to improve the quality of the operations or approaches used by the teams, in consultation with the coordinators
∎ Take lead in the areas of Baseline, Mid-term and Final evaluation of the project
∎ Ensure data quality at all level in line with guiding documents of the project and donor requirements
∎ Conduct regular field visit and recommend to the FCs and Implementation team
∎ Regular collection of feedback from the stakeholders at Upazila, Union and Community levels and discussed with the implementation team for taking necessary corrective measures
∎ Establish complain response mechanism as per organizational policy and project requirements in consultation with donor and management
∎ Support and fulfill the requirement of PHD's Central MEAL
∎ Any other assignment given by the PHD Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ At least -4 years of experiences in pure MEAL at any reputed Organization
∎ Technical knowledge and experience in implementation of gender and disability sensitive approaches
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure. Stays open to internal and external feedback
∎ Excellent report writing skills, communication and presentation skills in English.
Salary: Tk. 55000 - 63000 (Monthly)
