Job Responsibilities:
∎ • We are looking for Marketing Executive for Multinational Brand:(American Standard, Laufen, DDecor,Crestron,Lutron,Cottoetc).
∎ • Must have good concept of Real Estate business of Bangladesh.
∎ • Must have clear understanding with Architects and Engineers of Bangladesh.
∎ • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
∎ • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
∎ • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
∎ • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
∎ • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
∎ • Gathering market and customer information;
∎ • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
∎ • Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
∎ • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
∎ • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
∎ • Feeding future buying trends back to employers; and
∎ • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

∎ Must have good knowledge in MS Office, E-mail & Internet Browsing.
