Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and sell Nilima products to potential customers.
∎ Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
∎ Previous experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the fashion industry, is an advantage.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
∎ Knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences is a plus.
