∎ Strong understanding of architectural and facade glass products is highly desirable.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
∎ Proficiency in English and Bengali; familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft office suite..
∎ Willingness to travel within Bangladesh for client and project site visits.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and sell architectural glass products to real estate developers, architects, consultants, and facade contractors.
∎ Build and manage a network of dealers and distribution partners across key regions (Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Khulna)
∎ Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to architects, builders, and design consultants.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
∎ Track market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and generate actionable insights.
∎ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with Ortrio's business objectives.
∎ Provide technical guidance to customers on product selection, application, and performance.
∎ Coordinate with logistices and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
∎ Maintain CRM data and prepare weekly reports on client management, lead pipeline, and revenue progress.

∎ Position Summary
∎ We are seeking a driven and energetic Marketing & Sales Representative to sepearhead the growth of the company's glass products in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction or building materials sector, with a proven track records in B2B sales, dealer network development, and working with architects, developers, and contractors.
∎ Key Responsibilities
