Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and construction sectors

  • Promote and sell Woodera Door products (wooden doors, frames, customized solutions)

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, architects, contractors, and real estate developers

2. Client Management

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product consultation

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support

  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies

  • Identify new market segments and expansion opportunities

4. Marketing Activities

  • Execute promotional campaigns (online & offline)

  • Coordinate with digital marketing team for social media and branding

  • Arrange site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings

  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales pipeline

  • Provide feedback to management for product and service improvement


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years experience in door, furniture, interior, or construction-related company

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

  • Good knowledge of local market and client network

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)


Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with wooden door manufacturing or sales

  • Network with builders, engineers, and interior Designer
