Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and construction sectors
Promote and sell Woodera Door products (wooden doors, frames, customized solutions)
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, architects, contractors, and real estate developers
Handle customer inquiries and provide product consultation
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support
Maintain long-term relationships with key clients
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
Identify new market segments and expansion opportunities
Execute promotional campaigns (online & offline)
Coordinate with digital marketing team for social media and branding
Arrange site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales pipeline
Provide feedback to management for product and service improvement
3–5 years experience in door, furniture, interior, or construction-related company
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good knowledge of local market and client network
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
Experience with wooden door manufacturing or sales
Network with builders, engineers, and interior Designer
