Responsibilities & Context:
Visit Surgical Item retail shops regularly and view to build professional relationship and secure order from them.
Promote and sell Surgical products to retailers and customers.
Achieve monthly & yearly sales and targets.
Collect orders and insure timely delivery follow up.
Maintain and develops strong relationship with the customers.
Find new customers and expand new market coverage.
Collect payments and submit reports on timely.
Monitors competitor activities and market tends.
Effectively communicate with clients, dealers, retailers via telephone, face-to-face and written communication.
Handle customer complaints and provide after sales support.
Follow company sales policy, term-condition and guidelines.
